1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below unless the context otherwise requires:

• "Platform" means the boz388 website accessible at https://boz388.cam and any associated mobile applications or services operated by boz388.
• "Account" means the registered member account created by a User on the Platform.
• "User" / "You" means any individual who accesses, browses, registers on, or otherwise uses the Platform.
• "boz388" / "We" / "Us" / "Our" means the operator of the Platform and all associated services.
• "Funds" means any monetary balance held in a User's Account, including deposits and winnings.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free bet, cashback, or reward offered by boz388 subject to specific wagering requirements.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer identity verification procedures required to confirm a User's identity and eligibility.
• "Bet" / "Wager" means any stake placed on an outcome through the Platform's sportsbook, casino, or other gaming products.
• "Rupiah" / "IDR" / "Rp" means Indonesian Rupiah, the primary currency used for transactions on the Platform.
• "Responsible Gaming Tools" means the self-management features available to Users, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, and self-exclusion options.

2 Eligibility

Access to and use of the boz388 Platform is subject to the following eligibility conditions, all of which must be satisfied simultaneously:

1. You must be a natural person and at least 21 years of age. boz388 strictly prohibits access by minors. Any Account found to be registered by or used by a person under 21 will be immediately suspended and all Funds frozen pending investigation.
2. You must be capable of entering into a legally binding agreement under applicable law.
3. You are not accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local statute. By registering, you represent that you have verified the legality of online betting in your specific location.
4. You are not an employee, director, officer, or immediate family member of boz388 or any of its business partners, suppliers, or service providers.
5. You are not currently under a self-exclusion order placed through boz388 or any other recognized gambling self-exclusion program.
6. You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party.

3 Account Registration

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each User is permitted to hold only one (1) Account on the boz388 Platform. Opening duplicate, secondary, or otherwise related Accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. boz388 reserves the right to immediately close all related Accounts, confiscate any Funds therein, and void any pending Bets.

3.2 Account Information Accuracy

You must provide complete, accurate, and current information at the time of registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, email address, and mobile phone number. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date. Providing false or misleading information is grounds for immediate Account termination.

3.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

boz388 operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) process. Before your first withdrawal — and at any point at our reasonable discretion — we may require you to submit the following documentation:

• A copy of your Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP) or valid passport.
• A recent utility bill or bank statement confirming your residential address (dated within the last three months).
• A clear selfie holding your identity document.
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used to deposit Funds (e.g., bank account statement showing your name and account number).

Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within 14 days of request may result in Account suspension and withholding of withdrawal requests until documentation is received and approved.

3.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. boz388 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. You must notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

boz388 supports deposits and withdrawals through the following Indonesian payment channels:

• Bank Transfer: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata.
• E-Wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja.

4.2 Deposit Conditions

Minimum deposit amounts and processing times vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of transaction. All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will be returned where possible, less any applicable processing fees.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically possible. Processing times are as follows:

• Major bank transfers (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri): 15–30 minutes during 08:00–22:00 WIB.
• Other bank transfers (CIMB, OCBC, Danamon, BSI, Permata): 30–60 minutes during 08:00–22:00 WIB.
• E-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay): Instant to 15 minutes.

All withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC verification. boz388 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal above Rp 50.000.000.

4.4 Currency

All transactions on the boz388 Platform are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). boz388 does not accept or process transactions in any cryptocurrency or foreign currency without prior written arrangement.

4.5 No Fees

boz388 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. Users are responsible for any charges levied by their own bank or e-wallet provider.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, cashback awards, and promotional offers provided by boz388 are subject to specific wagering requirements and conditions communicated at the time of each promotion. These terms supersede any general provisions in this clause where they conflict.

5.2 Welcome Bonus

New members who successfully complete registration and their first qualifying deposit may be eligible for a welcome bonus. The welcome bonus is subject to a minimum wagering requirement before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. 5.3 Bonus Abuse

boz388 employs automated and manual systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple Accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, placing low-risk hedging bets to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk, or any coordinated pattern of play designed to circumvent bonus conditions. Confirmed abuse will result in the forfeiture of all bonus Funds and associated winnings, and may result in permanent Account termination.

5.4 Modification and Withdrawal of Promotions

boz388 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that such amendment does not adversely affect a bonus already accepted and in progress by a User.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 Placement of Bets

Once a Bet is confirmed and accepted by the Platform, it is final and cannot be amended or cancelled by the User, except where boz388 expressly provides a cash-out or bet cancellation option for a specific market. It is the User's responsibility to verify all selections before confirming a Wager.

6.2 Odds and Market Errors

In the event of a manifest error in odds or market conditions — including but not limited to palpable pricing errors, technical faults, or data feed failures — boz388 reserves the right to void affected Bets and return the original stake to the User's Account. We will not be liable for any consequential losses arising from such errors.

6.3 Maximum Payouts

boz388 applies maximum payout limits per event, per day, and per User, which vary by sport and market type. Details are available within the sportsbook interface at the time of bet placement. Winnings above these limits will be paid to the applicable maximum; any excess amount will be forfeited without compensation.

6.4 Collusion and Match Manipulation

Any User found to be engaging in or benefiting from collusion, match-fixing, or irregular betting patterns associated with manipulation of sporting events will have their Account permanently closed and all Funds withheld pending investigation. boz388 cooperates with sports integrity bodies and relevant authorities in all confirmed cases.

7 Responsible Gaming

boz388 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. We provide a comprehensive suite of Responsible Gaming Tools accessible from your Account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the total amount you can deposit.
• Loss Limits: Restrict the maximum net loss you can sustain over a defined period.

8 Prohibited Conduct

• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other financially criminal activity through the Platform.

• Harassing, threatening, or abusing boz388 staff or other users.
• Misrepresenting your identity or providing fraudulent documentation during KYC verification.
• Accessing or attempting to access another User's Account without authorization.
• Exploiting any software bug, technical error, or vulnerability for financial gain. Any such exploitation must be reported immediately to [email protected].

boz388 reserves the right to take any and all legal action against Users engaged in prohibited conduct, in addition to immediate Account termination and forfeiture of Funds.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the boz388 Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, design, graphics, text, software, and data compilations — is the exclusive intellectual property of boz388 or its licensed content providers. No part of the Platform may be copied, reproduced, distributed, transmitted, displayed, or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose without the express prior written consent of boz388.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This license does not include any right to sublicense, sell, resell, or commercially exploit the Platform or its content in any form.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, boz388 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities.
• Service interruptions, technical failures, or downtime caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including force majeure events.
• Losses resulting from unauthorized access to your Account due to your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Any inaccuracy, delay, or omission in odds or market data supplied by third-party data providers.
• Decisions made by Users in reliance on any content, odds, or information displayed on the Platform.

In all circumstances, boz388's aggregate liability to any User for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount of Funds deposited by that User during the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11 Privacy & Data

boz388 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions. By registering and using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

We implement industry-standard security measures — including 256-bit SSL encryption, firewalled servers, and access-controlled data environments — to protect your personal and financial information. However, no method of internet transmission or electronic storage is completely secure, and boz388 cannot guarantee absolute security.

12 Amendments

boz388 reserves the right to revise, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a material change is made, we will notify registered Users via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before the change takes effect, where reasonably practicable.

Your continued use of the Platform after any amendment becomes effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request withdrawal of any available Funds in your Account prior to the effective date of the change.

13 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes or claims — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognized principles of commercial law as applied by the Platform's licensing jurisdiction.

In the event of any dispute between boz388 and a User that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation, both parties agree to submit the matter to binding arbitration before an internationally recognized arbitration body. The arbitration shall be conducted in English, and the arbitral award shall be final and binding on both parties.

Nothing in this clause prevents boz388 from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or prevent imminent irreparable harm.
